Founded by the National Martial Art Instructor Suh, In Hyuk, Kuk Sool Won™ uses circular movements, as well as, the redirection of energy to achieve maximum effect. As such, Kuk Sool Won™ covers an extensive variety of techniques and methods being MORE than just physical attack and defense. Kuk Sool Won™ promotes the study of the healing arts, development of internal power, as well as physical conditioning including:

On Friday, July 11, 2008, we participated in the annual Kuk Sool Won™ Super Seminar featuring Kuk Sa Nim (Grandmaster) In Hyuk Suh. Hosted by Kuk Sool Won™ of Gretna (the Westbank school,) the seminar enabled its participants to receive training from various masters and instructors on sparring techniques.
